Modules

This module is designed to teach English to children ages 3 years old and above. Lessons include introducing letters, numbers, shapes, colors together with the appropriate nursery songs.アルファベット、数、形、色などを歌いながら親しむレッスンです。

Level 1 contains  hundreds of learning activities that are primarily based on phonics.

Exercises and lesson activities build phonological awareness, phonics, and reading skills.

Kids learn to identify the sight and sounds and demonstrate knowledge of high frequency words.

Exercises at the end of each lesson introduce and develop readiness and comprehension skills, help build sight word vocabulary, sound-spelling skills and reading comprehension.英語の文字フォーカスして、文字のもつ音に触れていきます。また、目で見てすぐに分かるようになる必要があるis, and などの頻出語も各レッスンで繰り返すことで読めるようにしていきます。

Level 2 contains 100 lessons design to develop in every kid a highly visible progress in reading and language arts. The major milestones in Level 2 modules are:

– Developing an extensive sight word vocabulary

– Applying more complex phonics strategies

– Writing competently for many purposes 

– Using punctuation appropriately

– discovering of the numbers in the world around us.

– Applying numbers sense to the four basic operations.

頻出語の語彙がさらに広がります。フォニックスがさらに複雑になります。表記のルール、計算など数の使用についても学びます。

 

Level 3 English includes Speaking, Spelling, Reading and Writing. Students are expected to develop reading, writing, listening and speaking skills to be independent

and self – directed learners. In collaborative discussions, students will build on the ideas

of others by listening, asking questions and sharing ideas. Students learn basic of capitalization, punctuation, forming plurals, parts of speech, and they have the opportunity to apply what they are learning in writing.

4技能を習得し、自力で問題解決できる力を育てます。表記のルールについては文法的なことまで含めて、複雑になります。また相手の考えを聞いたり質問をしたりというコミュニケーション力も高めます。

In every module, students will have vocabulary lessons, learn about grammar, practice reading different types of literature, and learn skills to be a good writer.

To improve their reading skills students will learn how to link prior knowledge to what they are reading.

語彙や文法についてさらに深め、多様なタイプの文章を読んだり、書くスキルを学んだりします。

In this module, students will study vocabulary, learn about grammar, practice reading different types of literature, and learn skills to be a good writer. Students will learn how to make inferences, read context clues, and read to learn information. To improve their writing skills students will learn how to express opinions, write letters, and use literary devices. Students will practice comparing and contrasting similar texts.

文脈に沿って読み取ること、必要な情報を読み取るとこなど、目的を持った読解をします。意見を書く、手紙を書く等、用途に則した書き方を学びます。

The module is designed to train the students have an active participant in classroom discussions. Students will

present personal opinions, understand differing viewpoints, distinguish between fact and opinion, and analyze the effectiveness of group communication. The student will begin the study of

word origins and continue vocabulary development

高校で英語で討議することを踏まえた学習内容です。自分の意見を述べる、相手の意見を理解する、異なった意見を判別する、グループ討議の有効性を分析するなどの実践的内容を通して、語彙も増やします。

This module is designed to train the student determine the meaning of words and phrases as they are used

in a text, including figurative and connotative meanings; analyze the

impact of rhymes and other repetitions of sounds (e.g., alliteration) on

a specific verse or stanza of a poem or section of a story or drama.

多様な表現形式（詩や戯曲など）で使われる豊富な語彙解釈を討議します。

 

 

The Level 8 modules are designed with the combination of  organizational skills and essay writing. While it is important for students to enjoy reading, and they will have assigned literature time, they will be focused on learning writing skills and practicing them with short daily assignments. Students should see a marked improvement in his/her ability to express thoughts and arguments in a cohesive, logical manner.

フィクションや説明文などのストーリーを読みます。また、毎回短いを創造的に文章を書きます。また、一貫性・論理性のある文を書く力をつけます。

Level 9 modules is designed: 

To expose students to a variety of literary genres to further their appreciation of literature.

To develop students’ vocabulary-building skills through the use of context clues and word origin/structure analysis.

To help students recognize and understand the use of a variety of literary elements (terms and techniques).

To enable students to respond to literature in a way that reflects intelligent and thoughtful analysis.

幅広いトピックのフィクションや説明文を読むことで、文構成を分析、語彙の獲得などをねらい、理解したことに応答するために自分の意見を書く練習をします。

In this module, students will have an opportunity to answer some practice test that follows the actual test to measure the everyday English skills of people working in an international environment.

TOEICの受験準備を行います。仕事で英語を使用する実践的なスキルを身につける機会ともなります。

In this module, students can practice answering sample test in each of the seven EIKEN grades and it provides a well-defined steps that can act as both motivational goals and concrete measures of English ability as learners prepare for the actual test.

英検合格を目標に練習問題を解きます。練習を通して、実践的な英語力も同時に高めます。

In this module, students will learn expressions in business meetings, conversations and vocabularies.

ビジネスシーンで役立つ語彙、ミーティングや会議で使用する英語表現を学びます。

Here, students can learn how to communicate clearly and despite its complexity and flexibility, they will be able to understand through patterns.

英語の複雑さやフレキシブルについて、パターンを通して慣れていきコミュニケーションをとる力を高めます。

Students will learn some phrasal verbs and their meaning.

様々なイディオムを学びます。

This contains a broad collection of the most frequent word-pairs that people tend to confuse.

間違えやすい言葉を対にして、多数の例から学びます。

This module contains some recorded speeches wherein the students must listen, write what they listened to and understand the message of the speech. They will also express their opinion about it.

スピーチの書き取りをします。

Here, students will learn many festivals around the world, their importance to the life of the people and draw human values from them.

世界の行事について学ぶことで、人々の暮らしや人間の価値の重要性について考えます。

Students will learn idioms and their meaning and be able to use them in expressing what they want to say. It will help them expand their communication skills.

イディオムを学び、コミュニケーション力を高めます。

In this module, the students will discover and develop their skills and gifts in poetry. They will be guided and helped to write a typical haiku that is a three-line observation about a fleeting moment involving nature.

俳句を書きます。俳句を書くことでスキルや書き手としての才能を伸ばします。

This module contains nursery songs and rhymes.

子ども向けの歌やお話を楽しみます。
